Mother and daugther session
Landsdowne is a frequent haunt of Keri and Libby’s. Our project was to photograph their mother and daughter relationship as a gift for father’s day. The photos were printed into a book for grandpa and a canvas print for dad. The book brought tears to grandpa’s eyes and dad hung his by his bedside. What a fun project, with such rewards!
There are so many places to explore in the Ottawa area. Here, we met at an apple orchard near Orleans. It was a twenty minute drive from downtown Ottawa and a great way to spend a couple of hours. Keri showed off her juggling skills and Jon showed us his family trick of jumping over Libby. It was a fun afternoon and they all went home to make apple crumble, yum!
"Annie is an amazing photographer whose passion shines through with every picture she takes. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with when organizing our family photoshoot. I knew I wanted the photos of our family to be natural and candid. She has a great eye for spontaneous pictures and really captured the spirit of our family. She connected easily with our daughter and truly brought out her personality. We're thrilled with both the results and the whole experience."
